2．When Royal Chie needs private information from its members, we will let our members know our objective and how this information will be used.

3．Royal Chie will keep the information private within the company and will never release it to any other third party without prior agreement from our members.

4．Royal Chie will ensure that the third party company will agree not to release the private information to any other parties or individuals and ensure that this information will be managed properly.

5．Royal Chie will send emails notifying members about new products and new services, which we believe will be beneficial to members. When members do not wish to receive this kind of notification, they can request Royal Chie to stop the email service.

6．When a member wants to know what kind of information is kept for members, or when a member wants to change the data, Royal Chie will amend the data accordingly.

7．Royal Chie will commit to abiding by any law or regulations related to the protection of individual information and will make all efforts to continue to improve our practice when needed.
